Energized runs for any level of runner

Pureboost is in the run energized pillar offering a balance of cushioning and responsiveness.

CONCEPT

The design goal was to achieve a pure and simple aesthetic, driven primarily by construction and materialization. Pureboost features a lower stack height offering a different boost experience—sacrificing some cushioning and energy return in favor of a more connected underfoot sensation. The shoe is intuitive, minimal, and adjustable.

IDEATION

CHOSEN DIRECTION

CoNstruction

The visual identity is defined by materialization and a blocking logic that separates support zones from more adaptive, stretchy areas. The integrated vamp and tongue create a distinctive fit sensation.

By strategically combining stretch and support materials in a simple yet effective way, the design achieves a unique construction that sets the shoe apart. This approach enables targeted stretch in the vamp, enhancing comfort and adaptability. The result is a refined upper sensation within the range, tying it to Ultra while contributing to a more dynamic and energized silhouette

MATERIAL

A key focus in developing Pureboost was the engineered mesh. Its composition, yarn, and structure required careful tuning, as each factor influences the material’s silhouette, performance, and visual appeal.
